Our Team

Lee Nunn - A Tallahassee, Florida Real Estate Broker with over 40 years of experience, Lee specializes in analysis of income-producing properties and site selection with an emphasis on “best management”. Whether commercial, single/multi-family residential, student housing, or other types of properties, Lee is committed to enhancing value through creative real estate solutions with a view for capital preservation, risk avoidance, and strategic exit strategies. Lee holds a degree in Finance, with a minor in Real Estate, from Florida State University, and has developed specialized software and reporting for real estate investment and development – the culmination of which is seen in AIPNow! and its products.

Erik Brooks - Erik has been creating software products used globally since 1998, with an emphasis on usability, value, and reliability. Raised in Tallahassee, Florida, he graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computational and Information Sciences. He helps to ensure that AIPNow’s products constantly deliver reliable value for its customers.

Frank Dorsey, CPA - Practicing as a CPA for over 50 years, and leading his own firm for over 35, Frank was born in Tampa, Florida, and has practiced accounting in the states of Tennessee, Texas, and Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1973 and is a Tallahassee resident. Frank’s insights into real estate investments, taxes, and financing, enhance AIPNow’s software and reporting to help deliver value across its entire product line.

Ryan Brooks - As a software architect with decades of experience in software development, Ryan heads AIPNow’s engineering and implementation of its software and reporting products to constantly complete our mission: building the best possible tools for our customers. He was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, and graduated from Florida State University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
